Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing Adam Pritchard Photography.

By placing an order through this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions and Digital Image Licence.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed after photography has been completed and images have been matched to the correct child.

  • Products will be supplied according to the package and any optional add-ons selected at checkout.

Image Selection

  • Images are selected by the photographer unless otherwise stated.

  • Poses, expressions and image selection are at the photographer's professional discretion.

Printing & Colour

  • Printed photographs are produced by professional photographic laboratories.

  • Colours may vary slightly between computer screens, mobile devices and printed photographs.

Digital Downloads

  • Digital images will be delivered electronically to the email address provided during checkout.

  • Please ensure your email address is entered correctly, as downloads will be sent to this address.

Printed Orders

  • Printed products will be delivered via the method advised by the preschool or photographer.

Refunds & Returns

  • As all photographic products are personalised, refunds or exchanges cannot be provided once an order has been processed.

  • If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing fault, please contact Adam Pritchard Photography within 7 days of receiving your order.

Image Quality

  • Minor variations in cropping, colour, brightness and print appearance are considered normal and do not constitute a fault.

Privacy

  • Personal information collected during ordering is used solely to process, fulfil and deliver your order.

  • Your information will never be sold or shared with third parties except where required to process payment or fulfil your order.


Personal Use Digital Image Licence

Purchasing digital image downloads grants you a non-exclusive licence for personal use only.

You may:

✔ Download and save the images to your personal devices.

✔ Print the images for personal and family use.

✔ Share the images with family and friends.

✔ Post the images on your personal social media accounts.

You may not:

✘ Sell, licence or distribute the images for commercial purposes.

✘ Edit or alter the images beyond basic cropping, including applying filters, removing watermarks or making substantial changes.

✘ Submit the images to competitions, publications or commercial organisations without prior written permission.

✘ Claim ownership or authorship of the photographs.

Copyright

All photographs remain the copyright of Adam Pritchard Photography at all times.

Purchasing prints or digital images does not transfer copyright ownership.

The purchaser and their immediate family are granted permission to use purchased digital images for personal use only.
